The Monday Clinical Brief delivers weekly email digests summarising newly published articles from the top 5 journals in your chosen medical specialty. Digests are generated using artificial intelligence and sent every Monday morning during active subscription periods.
We aim to deliver digests every Monday, but occasional delays or missed weeks may occur due to technical issues, public holidays, or scheduled maintenance. We will notify subscribers in advance where possible.
Subscriptions are offered on an annual basis with a free trial period:

Subscriptions auto-renew annually. You will not receive a reminder before renewal, but you can cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@mondayclinicalbrief.co.uk. Upon cancellation:
If you cancel during the free trial period, no charge will be made.
From time to time we may offer promotional codes that provide a discount on the first year's subscription. After the discounted period, the subscription renews at the standard rate of £20 per year. Promotional codes are single-use and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
Journal summaries are produced by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) based on article metadata retrieved from PubMed. While we take care to ensure accuracy, AI-generated summaries may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations.
Every summary includes a direct link to the original article via DOI and/or PubMed ID so that you can verify the source material. We regularly review summary quality but do not guarantee that every summary is error-free. If you spot an inaccuracy, please let us know at info@mondayclinicalbrief.co.uk.
The journal articles summarised in our digests are the intellectual property of their respective publishers and authors. The Monday Clinical Brief provides summaries and links for informational purposes only. We do not reproduce full-text articles.

We aim to provide a reliable weekly service but do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery. The service depends on third-party systems including PubMed (for article data), Anthropic (for AI summarisation), and email infrastructure. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by these or other external factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Monday Clinical Brief shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. If we make significant changes that affect your subscription, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
